Shipping policy

1. Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping costs : 7€ to all Destinations.

3. Shipping Methods:

  • We offer standard CTT shipping. Delivery times may vary.

4. Domestic Shipping (within Portugal):

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-7 business days.

5. International Shipping:

  • We currently offer Worldwide international, delivery times vary and may take up to 1-2 weeks.

6. Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided information.

7. Customs and Import Taxes:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier, but we are delight to help you on our customer support team at support@taverncraftstudios.com or on our Support Chat 

9. Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
