Long Description:
Regis - The Halfling of Bryn Shander (Male Halfling) - Regis, known for his roguish charm and quick wit, hails from the bustling town of Bryn Shander in Icewind Dale. With a mischievous glint in his eye and a ready grin upon his lips, he navigates the world with a blend of cunning and charisma. Clad in simple yet practical attire, he moves with the agility of his halfling kin, always ready for adventure.

In his hand, he wields a fierce mace while he runs, holding firmly a magical ruby pendant. Covered in thick winter clothes lined with fur trims where possible, Regis is ready for the harsh environment around him. The base he is displayed on is a perfect example of this environment, with small patches of snow covering some of the rocks along with a thin layer of ice on top of the same rocks, representing some of these environmental dangers.
